Deep Water Tank

The deep water tank (75 m × 3 m) has a maximum water depth of 3 m and leads via a sloping ramp to the manoeuvring tank. Although this tank is comparatively small, it is yet to carry out specific experiments, for which the water depth of large towing tank is insufficient. A special feature is the lateral observation window, which also allows optical measurements to the base.
